Terms and conditions

Last updated 31 August 2026

These terms govern your use of bankerpedia.com and the purchase of any service sold on it. The site is owned and operated by Bhanu Srivastav, a sole proprietor trading as Bankerpedia, with a registered office at 2A/127, Awas Vikas Colony, Harpur, Ballia, Uttar Pradesh 277001, India. In this document, "we" and "us" mean Bankerpedia, and "you" means the person or company buying or using our services.

By placing an order or making a payment on this site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or buy from it.

1. What we sell

Bankerpedia provides a free public bank ratings platform, Bank Complaint AI, aggregated rating data for research teams, and custom platform engineering. All services are digital. They are delivered over the internet as hosted software, deployed websites or applications, source files and written reports. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

1A. Independence and what we are not

Bankerpedia is an independent software company. We are not a bank, an NBFC, a lender, a deposit taker, a broker, an insurance intermediary, a debt recovery agency or a law firm. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, appointed by or acting on behalf of the Reserve Bank of India, any ombudsman office, any grievance authority or any bank named on the site.

Bank Complaint AI produces a written draft and an information sheet about the escalation route that applies to a case of your type. It is not legal advice and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified advocate. We do not file, send, submit or pursue anything on your behalf, we do not represent you before any authority, and we do not hold client money.

We do not promise, and cannot promise, that a complaint will be accepted, that a bank will respond, that any decision will go your way, or that any amount will be reversed, refunded or recovered. You are paying for a drafting and information tool, not for an outcome.

1B. Ratings, reviews and user content

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.

3. Orders, quotes and scope

4. Prices and payment

5. Your responsibilities

6. Delivery and acceptance

Delivery timelines are set out in our delivery policy. On a build project, you have seven days from handover to report anything that does not match the agreed scope. We fix those items at no cost. After seven days the work is treated as accepted.

7. Revisions

Each build includes the number of revision rounds stated in the scope note. A revision means a change within the agreed scope. A change of direction, a new feature or a new page is new work and is quoted separately.

8. Intellectual property

9. Confidentiality

Each side agrees to keep the other's non public business information confidential and to use it only to perform or receive the services.

10. Third party services

Our work often relies on third party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics tools, AI model providers and payment gateways. Their availability, pricing and policies are outside our control. Fees charged by those providers are yours to pay unless the scope note says otherwise.

11. Warranty and disclaimer

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, services are provided on an as available basis. We do not warrant that a site or platform will be free of every defect, that hosting will never be interrupted, or that any specific commercial outcome, search ranking, traffic level or revenue figure will be achieved.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of data, loss of business or loss of goodwill.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end a service if an invoice is unpaid, if these terms are breached, or if the service is used unlawfully. You may cancel a subscription at any time as described in our refund and cancellation policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it. Material changes take effect for new orders and for the next renewal of a subscription.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ballia, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to the grievance process below.
